When you purchase a 50ml Shortfill, you receive a 60ml bottle containing 50ml of nicotine-free (0mg) e-liquid. The remaining 10ml of space is left empty so you can add a nicotine shot if desired.

How many nicotine shots do I need for a 50ml shortfill?
One standard 10ml nicotine shot fits perfectly into a 50ml shortfill bottle. Adding one 18mg nicotine shot creates 60ml of e-liquid with a final nicotine strength of approximately 3mg.
Can I make a 6mg 50ml shortfill?
No. A standard 50ml shortfill only has enough space for one nicotine shot. If you require a higher nicotine strength such as 6mg or 12mg, consider using 10ml E-Liquids instead.
Why does my high-VG shortfill taste weaker than a disposable vape?
Disposable vapes use highly concentrated flavourings and nicotine salts. High-VG shortfills rely on higher wattages and sub-ohm coils for full flavour, so make sure your device is set to the recommended wattage for your coil.
Should I steep my shortfill after adding a nicotine shot?
You can vape it immediately after mixing, but many users prefer to leave the bottle for 24 to 48 hours. Steeping allows the nicotine and flavourings to blend more fully, often resulting in a smoother and richer flavour.
